Current research project
Sleep has been reported not only to consolidate memories but also to actively process information.
It has been demonstrated that synaptic plasticity is dynamically modulated across the sleep-wake cycles.
However, how the hippocampus processes memories during sleep remains largely unknown.
I am investigating how hippocampal synaptic transmission plays a role in aversive memory updating during sleep under cholinergic control.
Ambitious future plan

Try to be qualified to be a researcher in the future,
uncover the mechanism of the memory and devote to pharmacy to save lives.
